AI Product Review Video Generator

Turn a product photo and a few honest lines into a review-style clip with a consistent presenter — the format that carries most of short-form commerce.

  • Presenter-led, feed-native
  • One face across the series
  • Vertical by default

How to generate a product review video

  1. 01

    Pick the review template

Start from a talking-head marketing template. It sets the pacing, the framing, and the place the product appears, so you only supply the specifics.

  2. 02

Add the product and the script

Upload the product photo and write the three or four lines the review is built on: what it is, what it fixes, and what you actually think.

  3. 03

    Keep the presenter and publish

Save the presenter as a character so the next review in the series has the same face, then export vertical for the feed you post to.

What makes a generated review land

A face that comes back

Review content works on familiarity. A saved character means episode two is recognisably the same person as episode one, which is the whole basis of a review channel.

The product stays accurate

The product is supplied as a photo rather than described in a prompt, so labels and proportions survive into the clip.

Written like a person, not an ad

The template supplies the structure; you supply the opinion. The formats that perform are the ones that sound like a recommendation rather than a spot.

Cheap enough to do weekly

A review costs a run. That is what makes a cadence realistic — the bottleneck goes back to having something worth saying.

What a review clip has to do in its first three seconds

Review content does not fail in the middle; it fails at the top. A viewer decides in about two seconds whether this is a person telling them something or an advert wearing a person's clothes, and almost everything that reads as advert happens in the opening: the product held up before any reason to care about it, a line of copy that names a benefit instead of a problem, and a presenter who is smiling at nobody. The generated version has exactly the same problem as the filmed one, which is worth saying plainly because it is tempting to think the model is the variable.

What works is starting from the friction rather than the product. One sentence about the thing that was annoying, then the product as the answer to it. That ordering costs nothing to produce and it is the single biggest difference between a clip that holds and a clip that gets scrolled, in generated and filmed content alike.

The second thing to get right is the visual proof. A review that never shows the product doing the thing is a testimonial, and testimonials convert far worse than demonstrations. Generate the demonstration shot separately — a close push on the part that matters, the before and after, the scale next to something familiar — and cut it in under the line where you make the claim. Two generations, one clip, and the claim now has something under it.

Product review video FAQ

Do I need to appear on camera myself?
No. Generate a presenter and save it as a character. If you would rather be the presenter, upload your own photos and the same consistency applies to you.
Can I use this for affiliate content?
Yes, on a paid plan and within the terms of service and the disclosure rules of the platform you post to. Generated presenters should not be passed off as an unpaid real customer.
How long should a review clip be?
Most feed-native reviews land between fifteen and forty seconds, which is several generated shots joined together rather than one run.
Can I make the same review in more than one language?
Yes. Keep the visual cut and regenerate the voice-over in another language, so a market test only changes the variable you meant to change.
