Pricing FAQ
How do credits work?
Every generation on VerseIn spends credits. Different models and features cost different amounts, and the exact cost is shown before you confirm a generation. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically.
What's the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?
A subscription grants a set number of credits every billing period, plus the plan benefits listed on its card. A credit pack is a one-time top-up for when you need more credits without changing your plan.
Do unused credits expire?
Unused subscription credits roll over into the next billing period and expire at the end of it, so each grant stays usable for one extra month. Credits from credit packs never expire, and your subscription balance is used first.
How does yearly billing compare with monthly?
Yearly plans are billed once a year, and the price on each yearly card is shown as its monthly equivalent so you can compare it directly with monthly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your plan benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs and first-time subscriptions bought on the web or through Google Play can be refunded within seven days of purchase, depending on how many of their credits have been used. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple. The full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Web purchases are processed securely by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, purchases are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Your credits and plan work on every platform where you sign in with the same account.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT and local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
What does Unlimited mean on a plan?
Some plans include unlimited use of selected models for a fixed period shown on the plan card. Unlimited models can be used only in the VerseIn web console, and generation speed may be adjusted during high-traffic periods.
