Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VerseIn mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Zuler Technology Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 991D Alexandra Rd, #02-17, Singapore 119972 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This document is provided in English; if it is translated, the English version prevails.

The Service

VerseIn lets you create AI-generated images and videos — including swapping a person from a photo you provide into video templates — and manage the results in your account. Features, templates, and underlying models may change, be added, or be withdrawn as the product evolves; we do not guarantee that any particular feature or template will remain available, and we may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use of the Service.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.
• A first launch creates an anonymous guest account tied to your installation. Guest balances and creations are recovered on a best-effort basis only — register an account to protect them. We may merge or expire long-inactive guest accounts.

Coins and subscriptions

• Generations consume virtual coins. Coins can be purchased in packs or granted by a Pro subscription or promotions, have no cash value, are not redeemable or transferable, and may only be used inside the Service. Promotional or bonus coins may carry an expiry date or additional conditions, stated when granted.
• Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or our payment provider, and their terms and refund policies also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable app-store or web account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a generation fails, the coins reserved for that job are automatically refunded to your balance. Except for that, and except where required by law or by the applicable store’s policy, purchased coins and subscription fees are non-refundable once consumed or once the service period has begun.
• Prompts, photos, and other inputs are subject to automated and/or manual content-moderation review conducted by us and/or our third-party AI providers for safety and legal-compliance purposes, and any such input may be blocked or rejected as a result of that review. A blocked or rejected submission does not consume or reserve coins. The blocking or rejection of an input does not constitute a failure or defect in the Service, and shall not, in and of itself, entitle you to a refund of coins, subscription fees, or any other amount, regardless of whether you agree with the outcome of the moderation review.
• We may change coin pricing, pack sizes, or generation costs prospectively; changes do not affect coins you already hold.

Your content and conduct

• You retain rights to the photos and other content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the results you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including processing by the third-party AI providers that run your requests.
• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. Where the photo will be used to swap a person into a video, you represent that you have obtained from each identifiable person any consent or release required by applicable law — including written consent where biometric-privacy laws require it — and you will provide evidence of that consent on our reasonable request.
• You must not upload photos of minors other than with the consent of their parent or guardian, and never in a sexualized context.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, or harm anyone; to create content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual-property rights); or to violate any applicable law.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, circumvent rate or safety limits, resell access, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or model.
• We may — but are not obligated to — monitor or review content. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may report unlawful content to authorities where required. Our ability to remove content does not create a duty to do so, and we are not responsible for user content.

Sharing to Explore (user-generated content)

• You may optionally publish a creation to Explore, the public feed inside the app. Publishing is always opt-in — nothing you create is shared unless you choose to share it — and you can withdraw a published work at any time from its page, after which it is removed from the feed. When you publish a work, the work itself (with a VerseIn watermark), your display name and avatar, the title of the template or the prompt it was made from, and its view, like, and reuse counts become visible to all users of the Service, and other users may reuse the work’s creation parameters (its prompt, template, and settings — never your uploaded photos) to create their own version.
• In addition to the license in Your content and conduct, for as long as a work remains published you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publicly display it within the Service, including in the Explore feed, in recommendations, and alongside its creation parameters for reuse by other users. This license ends when you withdraw the work or delete it, except for the time reasonably needed to purge caches and backups.
• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You must not publish content that is sexually explicit or sexualizes anyone, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, unlawful, that depicts a real person without the consents these Terms require, or that otherwise violates the conduct rules above. The first time you share to Explore, the app asks you to confirm these community rules.
• Every published work can be reported from inside the app with a reason, and you can block a user so their published works no longer appear in your feed. Works that accumulate reports may be hidden automatically pending review. We review reports promptly — normally within 24 hours — remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat or serious offenders, including ejecting them from Explore.
• If your work was removed or hidden and you believe this was a mistake, contact support@versein.app and we will re-review it. Published works are user content: we do not endorse them and are not responsible for them, but we act on valid reports and legal notices as described in Copyright and other complaints.

AI-generated content

Generated results are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, imperfect, or similar to results generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing results before use and for how you use and share them — including complying with any laws requiring synthetic or manipulated media to be disclosed, and not presenting generated content as authentic footage of real events or as endorsed by the people depicted.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service — including its software, design, templates, and trademarks — is owned by Zuler Technology Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Copyright and other complaints

We respect intellectual-property and personality rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights — including a photo of you uploaded without your consent — send a notice to support@versein.app identifying the content, your rights, and your contact details, with a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized. We will remove or disable access to content that a complete notice reasonably shows to be infringing, notify the uploader (who may submit a counter-notice with their justification), and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices may expose you to liability.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — app stores, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your dealings with them (for example, store billing). We are not responsible for third-party services we do not operate.

App store terms

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store’s own terms also apply. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Zuler Technology Pte. Ltd. only — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC; that the store operator has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it (including product liability, regulatory compliance, and intellectual-property claims); and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive sanctions regime and are not on any restricted-parties list.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Zuler Technology Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and SGD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any person — including claims by people depicted in photos you upload without the consent these Terms require.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the app; unused coins are forfeited on deletion except where the law requires otherwise. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, and governing law) survive.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or failures of third-party providers.

Governing law and dispute resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
• Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at support@versein.app — most disputes can be resolved informally within 30 days.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, which are deemed incorporated by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the language shall be English.
• Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we each waive the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
• Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims tribunal of competent jurisdiction, and we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect intellectual-property rights. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer rights — including the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence — where the law of your residence grants them on a non-waivable basis.
• To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months after the events giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this site with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
